Felicity Edwards

Felicity Edwards, Associate Consultant/Grant Administrator, a specialist in Federal Grant Funding and related compliance activities. Throughout her career in grant administration, Felicity has coordinated the oversight and management of more than $500MM in projects with a wide variety of federal and state funding streams, including RESTORE Act, Community Development Block Grant, Hazard Mitigation, FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP), MDOT Multi-Modal, Tidelands, GOMESA, CIAP, and others.  Felicity is adept at every aspect of program management and project implementation.

Felicity earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Financial Information Systems, and a Graduate Certificate in Economic Development from The University of Southern Mississippi. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in both Mississippi and Florida.
