The District is a 21-acre, mixed-use development in midtown Jackson, Mississippi, on the former site of the Mississippi School for the Blind. Gouras & Associates, LLC assisted the development in obtaining reimbursements for eligible costs through tax increment financing and the state’s Brownfield Redevelopment Incentive Program.
